Take control of your organization’s data with Tradovate’s Admin Dashboards. This powerful web interface can help you manage users, accounts, and trading operations efficiently, giving you the insights you need to run your prop firm successfully.

What are Admin Dashboards?

Admin Dashboards give you powerful tools to access, query, and manage your organization’s data. You can view and manage your users, accounts, existing positions, and much more - all from one convenient interface.

Access Required: You need Organization Admin credentials provided by an Eval Service team member to access the dashboards.

Dashboard Locations

Access the admin dashboards through these URLs:

Production Environment

URL: https://dashboards.tradovate.com

Use this for live production data and operations.

Development Environment

URL: https://dashboards.staging.ninjatrader.dev/

Use this for testing and development operations.

Environment Access: If you have a development key, you will only have access to the domain with the ‘-d’ suffix. Once your organization has moved to production, you’ll be able to access both domains, each reflecting the respective release stage.

Getting Started

1. Access the Dashboard

Navigate to either the development or production website using the URLs above. You’ll see the login screen where you can enter your Organization Admin credentials and choose an environment.

2. Choose Your Environment

The environment selection depends on whether you need live access or not:

Demo Actions (Simulation Environment)

  • Act on Sim Accounts
  • Reset account state to a given date
  • Adjust account Max Net Liquidity
  • Halt trading for all accounts that belong to a chosen Risk Category

Live Actions (Production Environment)
