CME Market Data – Country Restrictions and Vendor Responsibilities
Per CME Group policy, market data must not be accessed, distributed, or consumed in certain countries and regions.
As a vendor, it is your responsibility to monitor and enforce compliance with this restriction. If a user is found to be accessing CME data from any prohibited location, you are required to:

Immediately cease distribution of CME data to that user by canceling their market data subscription using the
cancelEverythingendpoint. -
Report the violation to NinjaTrader’s API Support team.
Market data is prohibited in the following countries and regions:
- Afghanistan
- Albania
- Antarctica
- Belarus
- Burkina Faso
- Chad
- Congo
- Côte d’Ivoire
- Cuba
- Djibouti
- East Timor
- Guinea-Bissau
- Iran
- Jordan
- Lao PDR
- Lesotho
- Libya
- Malawi
- North Korea
- Palestinian Territory
- Rwanda
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
- Sudan/South Sudan
- Syria
- Tajikistan
- Yemen
